Tomato Chutney (on the side)
Serve with a sliced baguette.

STUFFED
CHICKEN BREASTS
OR PORK CHOPS
4 boneless,
skinless chicken breasts (or)
4 boneless pork chops
8 Tbsp. SisterfieldS Tomato Chutney
8 Tbsp. plain fresh bread crumbs
Flatten out
the meat by pounding method. Mix together the Tomato Chutney and
bread crumbs. Spread 2 tablespoons of mixture per meat patty and
roll up, secure with toothpicks. Coat baking dish with olive oil.
Arrange meat rolls in dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover
and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

YAM
- APPLE BAKE
3 medium yams,
sliced ¼" thick
3 medium apples, sliced ¼" thick
1 jar SisterfieldS Tomato Chutney
Oil an 8"
casserole dish. Alternate layers of yams and apples. Top with
Chutney. Cover and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

BABY
BACK RIBS
Place 3-4
pounds baby back pork ribs in a covered baking dish.
Add 1 finely chopped onion.
Add SisterfieldS Tomato Chutney.
Add 2 cloves fresh garlic.
Bake at 350° for 1½ to 2 hours or until ribs start
to fall off the bone.

of cream cheese and serve with crackers.
