WHOLE
ROASTED BAR B Q CHICKEN
Preheat oven
to 350°. Wash and dry a whole roasting chicken. Place chicken
in roasting pan. Place 3 cloves of garlic inside chicken cavity.
Brush whole chicken with SisterfieldS
Bar B Q Sauce. Cover and cook for 1 hour, basting every 15
minutes. Baste with more SisterfieldS Bar B Q Sauce and cook uncovered
for 15 minutes.

B Q MEATLOAF
Preheat oven
to 350°
2 lbs. ground beef
2 slices dill or rye bread (remove crusts)
½ onion, finely chopped
½ bell pepper, finely chopped
¼ cup SisterfieldS Bar B
Q Sauce
1 egg
1 clove pressed garlic
¼ tsp. thyme
3 Tbsp. olive oil
Sauté
onion and bell pepper in olive oil until soft. Add pressed garlic
and sauté 2 minutes. Soak bread in Bar B Q Sauce. Mix all
ingredients together, by hand, in a large bowl. Form into a loaf
and bake in a baking pan for 1 hour. Baste with SisterfieldS Bar
B Q Sauce after 30 minutes.

BAR B Q RIBS
Preheat oven
to 325°
One (1) rack spare ribs
2 chopped onions
1 cup SisterfieldS Bar B Q Sauce
Parboil rib
sections, then place in roasting pan. Add two chopped onions.
Cover with ½ cup SisterfieldS Bar B Q Sauce. Cover and
cook for 1½ hours. Then add another ½ cup SisterfieldS
Bar B Q Sauce. Cover and return to oven for ½ hour, or
until ribs are completely tender.

For leftover
beef, pork, ham, turkey or chicken sandwiches:
Thinly slice meats and place in a sauté pan with SisterfieldS
Bar B Q Sauce to taste. Serve on hot French rolls.
